Attending the parenting education class is required when children are involved and the case is at issue proceeding towards mediation in the following case types:. You are required to attend the following parenting education class unless you have the requirement waived by the court. You are required to register for the class no later than 15 days after the date of filing. You are required to submit proof of completion to the court before your judgment is signed.
